Juneau is Alaska's capital and the only state capital in the country you cannot reach by road. With around 32,000 residents, the city operates as a consolidated city and borough under one government. This Juneau phone directory page lists contacts for the courthouse, police, municipal clerk, assessor, and state agencies based in the capital.
